Security Services
Multi-layered security for maximum protection
This service is intended to counter and protect against security attacks with the use of one or more security mechanisms.
VPS Audit & Security Hardening:
This service ensures the VPS undergoes security audits and server hardening before being handed over to the customers. Security audit reports are sent to the systems team for further action. The customer is also advised to perform security recommendation to achieve 100% audit compliance.
IPS and IDS protections:
Our infrastructure firewalls provide IPS and IDS defense capabilities. All internet and customer traffic are analysed to provide some level of security. It also involves deep packet inspections and flood protection against DOS and DDOS attacks.
Web and application vulnerability assessment:
We perform stress and penetration testing on our IT infrastructure system applications with our security tools. On customer request, we perform pen-tests to identify vulnerabilities within their systems and advise on recommendations.
SIEM tools:
All traffic is analysed by the SOC team and all security events of customers are handled by the Security Operation Centre. Security analysts work around the clock to resolve security-related issues of customers and ensure the protection of the entire IT infrastructure.

Gateway Anti-virus Security Services:
This service protects WAN interfaces from malicious traffic. Real-time traffic analysis of malicious traffic or packets entering our infrastructure is done with the advance capture threat software that acts as a sandbox to quarantine any suspicious activities and send real-time reports to our SOC team for analysis. The gateway anti-virus also has features, such as anti-spyware, capture ATP, botnet filter, content filtering, deep packet inspection at the SSL level, and so on.
